Product is good but poor customer service

The serving bowls with lids look really nice. I ordered the black and orange but instead I was sent the blue and orange. I reached out to the customer service via whatsapp and provided my order number. I was told that I will be reached out about it but there was no response from them so far and it’s been 3 weeks already!
