Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel, please contact us immediately at your earliest convenience.

After 24 hours, if your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, please refer to our return policy.

Custom or Personalized Orders

Due to the handcrafted nature of our ceramic products, custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
